What we process

We process account details, authentication records, search and credit usage, collection membership, support audit records and payment status. We do not store complete card details.

Service providers

Infrastructure is planned on Amazon Web Services. Postmark delivers one-time codes, Google provides optional OAuth, lava.top processes the one-time payment, and Sentry receives PII-scrubbed error telemetry.

Account requests

Export and deletion requests are handled by support using audited operator tools. Contact PRIVACY_EMAIL_PLACEHOLDER. Deletion may be staged where legal retention duties apply.

International transfers and retention
